On 29 September I’m running the Northampton Half Marathon to raise funds for
Northampton Rape Crisis. 

Rape and childhood sexual abuse can ruin lives and the amazing NRC team helps people
put their lives back together. While demand for their services continues to
grow, sources of funding are disappearing, so they are constantly looking for
new ways to raise money to continue providing services to the thousands of
women, men and children who need help and support each year. 

Any donation you make will support NRC in their work, and maybe even make me run a
