This years training is going to be short and hard if I am going to get into shape in time!

I’ve once again chosen to help Friston Children's Ward at Eastbourne Hospital as they work really hard and help so many kids.

I now need a minor operation myself, which brings it home to me just much for granted we take hospital services.

It really pushes me on knowing I can help them in some small way.
