My late girlfriend of three years, Michelle Zammit Haber, was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and sadly, she passed away just over a year ago. 

I am running the Berlin Half Marathon on 29th March and competing in my first Olympic distance triathlon in  Poznan in July in aid of MS society, who are fighting to improve treatment and care to help people with MS take control of their lives.
