Thanks for supporting our fundraising. 

On September the 4th, 2021, my Dad and I will be taking part in the Deloitte Ride Across Britain event and have pledged to raise at least £4400 for Macmillan Cancer Support, a charity very close to our hearts and the hearts of many of our friends and family 

The ride will begin at Lands End and finish in John O Groats, taking 9 days, covering a total of 980miles and too many ft of climbing to think about right now (I just calculated it and its 52,529ft....)

Just to make the ride a little more interesting / challenging, we have opted for the camping option, spending 8 out of the 9 nights in tents. That one night in a hotel is going to be very welcome I'm sure

Although both Dad and I cycle regularly and have taken part in a number of long distance events in the past, this is on another level and I would be lying if I said we weren't a little nervous about the challenge 

If you can please help by donating what you can, whether its the cost of a Costa coffee or a small hatch back, all donations are very welcome. We will be self funding the trip, so 100% of what you donate will be going to Macmillan Cancer Support

We plan to document our training and the event on my Instagram page @cycling_birmingham. We will also set up a FB page so people can follow along if they want to
