Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I've decided for some reason (possible mid life crisis and it's cheaper than a Harley), to take part in a 5k extreme run on June 2nd in Gloucester Park, Basildon, which will see me dragging my sorry ass over, under and around at least 8 obstacles.

So I thought if I'm doing this I might as well do it for a worthy cause, CLIC, which is a children's cancer charity.

So all that remains is for me to say thanks for sponsoring me and to pull on my runners and get training.
