That time of the year again, when myself and Caroline give our knees and feet a battering round 10 miles of Portsmouth. As I'm sure everyone is fed up with sponsoring us two, we have thrown in Ellie to do the Great South mini run. She has been training really hard, so please support her! More importantly please support the amazing charity we are all running for, Cancer Research.
