Story

This April I am going to fulfill a lifelong goal of running a Marathon!

But to make things even harder for myself, I am going to attempt three challenges in one month:

- Reading Half Marathon 3rd April

- Brighton Marathon 17th April

- Tough Mudder 30th April

If you know me then you know I am not meant for marathon running, but I am putting long hard hours into training to ensure I am race ready! I wanted to take this on not only to push myself to the limit but to help towards a worthy cause.

Although there are many charities closer to home which are dear to my heart, I wanted to do something for those who had no choice in becoming the victims of conflict.  The impact of the humanitarian crisis in Syria is incomprehensible to most of us here in the UK.  War Child Syria Appeal are providing safe havens away from the conflict for children to be given not only their basic human rights back, but also their right to be children.  I hope my efforts can go some small way to achieving their goal.

If you are able to then please help me by donating a little or a lot, I will be hugely grateful.

Thank you
