Alright,

As some of you now I have slightly reduced my unhelathy lifestyle to complete this 11k run.

This is a great opportunity to raise some money for Macmillan a charity that I'm sure most poeple are aware of and that have assisted someone close to you.

Please sponsor me........ as most of you know I'm not the healthiest and most athletic person around....... so 11k may not seen a great deal for some but it is a lot of effort for me!
