Never one to shirk a challenge, this year I shall be competing in Ironman UK to raise funds for The Teenage Cancer Trust through Rotary Charity Fundraisers. For those of you new to Ironman the event comprises of:

A 2.4 mile open water swim, followed by a 112 mile bike ride and finished off with a 26.2 (full marathon) run - all inside of 17 hours !!
