I am raising money for the 'Help For Heroes' Charity which I'm sure you will agree is a really worth while cause given the press about recent events in Afganistan. THE CHALLENGE

I am running in the Paras10 P - Company Challenge. ' One of the worlds toughest military challenges' This involves a 10 mile run across multi terrain, wearing military style boots carrying a Bergan (Rucksack) weighing 35lbs. (Excluding water, weight).

I will be aiming to complete the course within the Paras Military Selection time of 1hr 50 minutes. If you are interested in finding out more about the challenge please have a look at www.paras10.com.

I appreciate that alot of you already contribute greatly to various charities for different events, therefore whatever you feel you can donate will be great appreciated towards my target. 

Rest assured the time up until this race will involve alot of blood, sweat and sore legs, I do however promise to give 110% in return for your kind donations.
