Story

UPDATE: Following the admin error that meant we didn't get to run the marathon this year, Mountain Rescue have offered to defer our entries until 2018 so we are going to leave the appeal running and continue collecting for them for the next 12 months!

{Original Into} Running the London Marathon is going to be an experience. We have both run marathons before so it is not a personal milestone as such. Doing it to raise money for a charity that is very close to what we both do - running, climbing, biking and walking in our amazing wild places - is inspiring and a challenge. Please help us to raise much needed funds for Mountain Rescue England and Wales.

About the charity

Mountain rescue team members are on call every day, of every month, of every year. Whatever the time, day or night. Whatever the weather. They do it voluntarily. They do it without question. At no cost to the casualty. And it's thanks to your generosity, they can continue saving lives. So thank you.
