I've tried desperately not to bore you with my training regime - but, as you may or may not know, I'm running the London Marathon on Sunday 28th April 2019. 

As anyone who's raised money for charity will tell you, the deliberation over who to donate to is very, very difficult. After a lot of thinking I have opted for Evelina Children's Heart Organisation - ECHO. 

Being completely honest, I knew very little about Children's heart problems until the last four years. Two of my closest friends have had beautiful babies that struggled with heart issues from the moment they were born. I'm so happy to say that both Sophie & Bowen are still with us and putting up the good fight!

I can't even begin to understand or comprehend what you guys have all been through, but the strength you've shown throughout has been nothing short of incredible. 

Now let's get the brisk jog over & done with so I can get back to coming in at 8am rather than getting up then to train!
