I've been lucky enough to get to know Tom and the Newton family over the past few years and am blown away by the charity they set up in memory of their son Ted.  Teddy20 provides critical support to children and their families who are suffering and undergoing treatment for cancer.

Tom also set up Teddy Rocks Festival www.teddyrocks.co.uk in 2011 to help fundraise and to date has raised over £500,000!!  What started as a small pub gig is now a 5,000 capacity, award winning festival.

I'm doing my small bit to help by cycling 350Km in 3 days from Dunkirk to Amsterdam.  I'd hugely appreciate any and all donations.  For those that know me well; my last bike ride ended in "damaged nerves" .........hopefully the shorts protect me better this time.........
