Headway Portsmouth and South East Hampshire has been a registered charity since 1986.

They provide support to people with brain injury and other forms of acquired brain injury, their family members, carers, and interested professionals.

For many years Headway have provided great support to my father in law Kevin Pratt who has a brain injury and to my mother in law Lorraine who is his full time carer.

For the month of January I am going to run 150 kilometres.  Every day I will run 5K to hit my target of 150K by the end of the month.

Any donation big or small would be really appreciated and would be a massive help to this amazing charity that have seen a big drop in donations during the pandemic.
