Hello all

As you may be aware in the summer of 2011 I lost my Dad to a heart attack, myself and my Mum have decided to undertake a little challenge in his memory and in aid of the fantastic work of the British Heart Foundation. This November we will be getting on our bikes and cycling 400KMs in five days from Saigon in Vietnam to Angkor Wat in Cambodia.

As you can imagine this is going to be a huge challenge for us, but we need your help. I am asking for your support in raising the sponsorship money needed.
