Hello,

Between Friday 2nd and Tuesday 6th May I will be making my way (very slowly) by bike from London to St Emilion (that's in France and is many miles away) with some good friends (and Neil Vose)...  The reason I am doing this is because I am suffering an early mid life crisis and I like to think that this will give me back my mojo.... and it'll be a good excuse to see my friends, have a break from the norm and - of course, seeing as we're here - raise some money for NCH.

The tough part is that I haven't really ridden a bike since the days of BMX (first time around) and so it's going to be tough and it's only the thought of all your lovely money heading towards the charity that will get me through it so.....please dig deep and sponsor me online.
