Story

In July last year my brother in law was devastatingly taken from his family and friends, aged just 23 in a road traffic accident that wasn’t his fault.

Peter Tickner was honestly one of the nicest, most fun loving guys I have ever met. He would instantly make you feel at ease in his company, was funny as hell and had loads going for him.

Regretfully, nothing I say or do will bring Peter back to Karol, her family or the huge amount of people that loved him. However, what I can do, with your help, is try and raise a little bit of money for a charity called Brake to try and help prevent tragedies like this from happening again. Brake will use the money you generously donate to help with campaigns for safer roads, tougher punishments on criminal drivers as well as help with the support offered towards victim’s families.

What I get out of it is general exhaustion and pain from running 10k (how many miles is that?) due to my total lack of fitness. But it’s for a very good reasonJ.

This cause means a lot to Karol and her family, and therefore a lot to me. Please help me help them by donating what you can. THANKS!
