Story
Thank you for visiting my Just Giving page.
After the success of last summers charity ride with my Dormans Boundary Rider team, raising money for Chance to Shine, i thought it was time for another challenge. This time however, i will be doing it solo.
The South Downs way in a day, will be a big step up in difficulty from anything i have done before, due to the route being off road and extremely hilly. The South Downs Way follows the entire upland area of the South Downs, covering 100 miles or 160km with an elevation gain of approx 2780m. Starting in Winchester and finishing on coast in Eastbourne. Copy this link for the full route if you're interested-

Most importantly, I will be raising money for Circles Network who I have been fortunate enough to spend some time volunteering for the past few months. I have seen first hand how much difference this charity makes to the lives of the people they support. They are a small charity in the grand scheme of things which makes your donation even more valuable.
Circles Network was born out of a desire to create radical, bespoke responses based on peoples’ expressed requirements; taking account of lifestyle preferences, personality, age, experience, background, relationships that mattered and, importantly, laced with a keen sense of social justice. 27 years later Circle Network revolves around four segments which represent a number of projects and services in the areas of; Advocacy, Community Support, The Academy for Inspiring Inclusion and Animal Assisted Learning in our Equine programmes. This challenge will take place this summer, most likely in July. You can follow my preparation on this page and i will be posting updates as the weeks go by.
Thank you!
