We support children with epilepsy to help improve their quality of life.

Story

The Daisy Garland is a small family run charity that aims to support children and the parents of children who have been diagnosed with drug resistant epilepsy.

Unfortunately demand for the diet far outweighs resources, so one of their many projects is to fund ketogenic dieticians to work with the NHS.  Currently, they have funded 9 in London (x3), Plymouth, Bristol, Nottingham, Manchester, Newcastle & Derbyshire.  We have worked closely with Vicky in Manchester and the funds raised will go directly to help support the amazing work these gifted dieticians do to help provide hope to children with epilepsy.

As the bike ride is being run in conjunction with The Christie, 20% of all my donations will go to help continue the amazing work they do in the fight against cancer.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
