I decided to attempt a challenge no one has ever completed before which I know will challenge me physically and mentally. Ideally doing such a taxing event will draw in more people to donate which is what it's all about.
I had to train 4 months prior to this optimising my body to handle the stress of 0 rest days for the next 100days also took time to work on imbalances in the body and finally making sure my nutrition was perfect. There's no team helping me here just me luckily my profession is a personal trainer/nutrition coach which has helped.
