Story
I am running the Oxford Half Marathon to help raise money for the mental health charity Oxfordshire Mind.
My daughter developed panic attacks and severe anxiety during the Covid-19 pandemic, so I know the importance of getting good mental health treatment. She is doing better now so I want to help others by challenging myself with the Oxford Half Marathon.
Running doesn't come easy for me, especially as an asthmatic, but it's a good challenge.
We have organised a team from the Oxford Mail newspaper to take on the Oxford Half Marathon.
Ben Hardy and Ed Halford will join me on race day.
