The route takes in the truly iconic landmarks of our capital and has a great charity feel to it with exciting cheer stations throughout.

Story

Every day 250 people in the UK start to lose their sight. When someone loses their sight, we're here to make sure they don't lose their freedom as well. Every penny you raise will go towards helping us provide life-changing services for people with sight loss."Having a guide dog is a life-changing experience and I'm phenomenally grateful to Guide Dogs for enabling me to be more independent" - Priya, guide dog owner.

There is a serious shortage of guide dogs. They make a massive, essential difference for the visually impaired.

It will be much harder whilst wearing a full dog costume, so hot! Yikes!

Your vision is impaired in the dog costume. My right eye is weak, it is so much harder than for the average runner. I imagine I will have neck strain and pain with compensating as I run, due to my weaker eye.

Please donate anything. It all helps. I don't want to fund most of the £350 all myself.

Every amount helps. However small.

Remember to add 25% Gift Aid if you are a UK taxpayer!

Thanks so much.
