We fund lifesaving research to tackle heart and circulatory diseases

Story

Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation and I'd be so grateful for your support. You take your heart for granted, until it lets you know there is, an often serious, issue.

My father (Mike), and mother in law (Jenni), both had need of extended care due to heart related issues last year. My brother, Daniel, also swimming, required intervention following a heart attack a few years back. Thanks to the research and development of medication and surgical procedures, my family members are still with us living healthy active lives.

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target. Thank you for anything you are able to give in support in these financially challenging times.
