Have you ever cycled a hundred miles? What about a hundred miles every day for three days? Not easy to comprehend, is it!?

Well, it's an epic challenge I'm taking on with many others on 11 July 2013, when we'll ride from Tours in France to London in England in just three days. Don't worry - we'll get on a boat when we reach the Channel...
