At the beginning of 2014, Jonathan Anstey, my dad lost his battle with cancer. A fight which he bravely faced for almost a decade. He was suffering from Sarcoma, both a very aggressive and rare form of cancer.

Sarcoma UK is the UK's only charity to be focussing research into this form of cancer, and my dad was a great believer in everything that they were doing.

My dad was a huge fan of events that challenge both mentally and physically, so in memory of Jonathan I'm running One True Grit with my girlfirend Marie. A 10k army-style obstacle course though some tough terrain. More can be found out about this event at http://www.onetruegrit.com/
