We stand for everyone affected by dementia to find a cure

Story

My dad developed Alzheimer's in the last few years of his life. He was fortunate, I know, in that it was only at its worst in his last few months. I don't think I had any idea before how much a disease like Alzheimer's takes over not only the life of the patient, but those of everyone around them, making all of them subject to its brutal caprices.

A ravaged mind is terrible thing - both to witness and endure - and there is still so much research that needs doing into the disease. Please help in any way you can. No-one should have to die such a bleak, lonely and bewildering death.
