Story

Thanks for visiting my page!

My friend Jonjo, Leukaemia survivor, is cycling 500ish miles from Birmingham to Hamelin in Germany to say thank you to his hero - the donor that saved his life.

500 miles is a long way to go on your own so me and four others are pedalling along for the duration to keep him company.

What are we hoping to achieve? Three things:

  • To raise money for the Anthony Nolan Trust - these guys found Jonjo's stem cell donor.
  • To raise money for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research.
  • To raise money and awareness for Bpositive - the incredible new charity Jonjo has launched to provide acute leukaemia patients with support and advice. (http://www.bpositive.org.uk/hero-of-hamelin.html)

If you could spare a few pounds to the cause that would be fantastic! Thanks for the support

Mat
