In March 2019, I will be taking on the massive challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon. 

As much as I love fitness, I am not a natural runner, in fact I hate every moment until I cross the finish line and feel the rush of endorphins and sense of achievement. It's this feeling that then makes me forget how much I hate it and sign up for things like this Doh!

This time however, I am driven by raising money for Tommy's, the baby charity. Having suffered miscarriages myself I found the  information and support provided by Tommy's, invaluable and  speaking about my own experiences and reading other peoples stories made me realise how many people are affected by baby loss, and premature birth: 

9 babies are stillborn everyday in the UK, 1in 4 pregnancies ends in miscarriage and 60,000 babies are born prematurely in the UK each year. 

Tommy's believe that parents, need and deserve answers when their babies die. Tommy's exists to answer these questions and your donations help Tommy's fund research, saving babies lives.
