We provide help and hope to everyone living with dementia.

Story

I'll be doing the cycling part of our team triathlon challenge. I'm the one who is probably the least prepared for it, so it's a challenge in itself to up my game and nail it!

I've chosen to raise money for The Alzheimer's Society as many of you will know it's a charity very close to my family's heart. My lovely mum had a beautiful home which we lived in and shared with some very special people who all suffered from early onset dementia. I can safely say they were some of the best years of my life growing up and I have some very fun, genuine and humbling memories from the five years we were there. I've seen first hand how this disease affects not only those with it, but their families too - and quite honestly, it's a truly horrible illness. I would be so grateful for any donations received and I know The Alzheimer's Society will be too.
