Story

Welcome to my first fundraising campaign in aid of The National Society for Epilepsy.  I will be running the Edinburgh 10km Run in May which is just over 6 miles.

As some of you know, I suffered from epilepsy as a child and overcame it through surgery when I was 14.  I have been seizure free since the operation.  The NSE strives to achieve similar results for other people with epilepsy and is one of the world's leading charities for research, technological advance and treatment for the illness.  I recently visited the NSE Treatment Centre and saw first hand the wonderful care, research and information the NSE provides for people with epilepsy.

Please help me to support this very good cause by giving generously

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: National Society for Epilepsy will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.  So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.

Mary
