Story
If you know me, you know I have done just a few challenges for my charity the Rosie May Foundation which was co-founded by myself and my husband Graham in 2004, to create a living legacy for my only daughter Rosie May who was brutally murdered age 10 💜
We have now raised in excess of £2m over the last 17 years. You may have sponsored me before when I trekked the Sahara, the Himalayas, or the Yorkshire 3 Peaks or ran a few 10ks! If you have I thank you 🙏🏻
The last year has been challenging for us all, but for the people we support it is ongoing and we do not yet know the full impact of the pandemic. For us as a charity we have survived against the odds and now it’s time to rebuild and reignite! 👍
So if you can help us to support our single mums in Sri Lanka get back on the road to recovery in their pink tuk tuk taxis I would be very grateful and I know they will too 🛺
Please donate what you can 🙏🏻 Your support is needed now more than ever because the families we support need us more than ever 💜
This trek is on my bucket list 26 miles and ascending 3,000m, is one serious challenge! 😢
If the weather is kind to us we will be rewarded with some of the most spectacular views Britain has to offer, in places more beautiful than you can imagine 🌞
You don’t remember days at your lap top but I will always remember this life-long sense of achievement ⭐️
Much 💜 to each and everyone of you for your ongoing support I know that Rosie May will be thanking you too 💜
