Fundraising for Cruse Bereavement Support
I am ambitious (deluded!) enough to think think I can take on this challenge! However, if I am not able to or the organisers won't allow me, then my daughter Nell has agreed to take the plunge for me! So either way, one of us will be abseiling down that tower!
So please support me by donating what you can - it really will make a difference! £120 is the cost of supporting one bereaved person.
I have been volunteering for CRUSE for a while now and believe me the death of someone close can be shattering. Everyone experiences grief differently; there is no normal or right way to grieve. How we react will be influenced by many different things, including our age and personality, our cultural background and religious beliefs, or our previous experiences of bereavement. Most people will cope with help from family and friends, but for those who need additional support or specialist help, Cruse offers free confidential support. Cruse Surrey North provides advice, information and support to anyone who has been bereaved (children, young people and adults), whenever or however the death occurred. The service is provided by trained, experienced volunteers and is confidential and free.
* Charities pay a small fee for our service. Find out how much it is and what we do for it.
