Tomorrow is Cancer Free!

Last year, me and my older sister Sarah ran the race for life in honour of our Grandad, who was still bravely batteling cancer.

This year, we will be running the race for life in honour of our Grandad's memory. Sadly, having battled with cancer for 10 years, he lost his brave fight on the 12/11/2009.

 

Nothing I could ever do would pay tribute to his strength, but I wanted to do something that pushed me to the limit... to play my part in finding a cure for cancer.

My personal challenge is to run 26 miles every month of 2010 - so I will be running the distance of 12 marathons over the course of the year.
