Story

In March this year my dad died from Prostate cancer. He was a strong fit man who died too young. Prostate cancer is a cruel way to die and I want to raise funds in his memory to help with lifesaving research.

On Sunday 1 October 2023 I will be taking part in the Cardiff half marathon!

Please dig deep - running is not my forte, unless it’s forwards and backwards on a rugby pitch. This is going to be a tough one for me but not as tough as what dad went through ❤️

Did you know that prostate cancer is now the most commonly diagnosed cancer in the UK, killing one man every 45 minutes? As our charity partner, Prostate Cancer UK are doing all they can to help reduce this figure, from raising awareness to vital screening programmes early diagnosis is the key. Please help by giving whatever you can using the Give Now button to help fund lifesaving research and provide support for those affected by prostate cancer. The more people know about Prostate Cancer UK, the greater their impact so please spread the word by sharing this page with your friends and family. Thank you in advance for your generosity it means a great deal!
