This year I am running the London Marathon for the second time, this time in aid of Bowel Cancer UK. Unfortunately this year Amanda isn't running and I've got to do it all on my own

Bowel Cancer is the second commonest cause of cancer related death in the Western world affecting up to 6% of the population.  This makes it extremely likely that you know some one who has had bowel cancer or been closely affected by it.
