The Mud Pack Challenge is a 14km or 7km muddy obstacle course in the beautiful grounds of Ashridge House.

Story

Kim and I are running the Hospice of St Francis Mud Pack 7k muddy run.

Kim's mum recently moved in to the Hospice.

We've always supported them, and knew they did good work, but didn't realise just how much they do to make peoples lives so different.

Ann is being well cared for and now everyone is getting the support they need.

I didn't realise that NHS funding only covers 13% of their yearly spend, so all that fantastic care, facilities and the time they have for each and every person in their care can only come from donations.

If you can spare anything at all, I'd be grateful, but nore importantly, the Hospice will be far far more.

About the charity

The Hospice helps people to live their precious lives well. Our care has many forms – at home, in our outpatient Spring Centre or through specialised care in one of our Hospice beds - and is defined by each person's need. We rely on donations to raise the £5m we need each year to fund our free care.
