Andrew and me are doing the Great South Run in October 2009 as it coincides with my 50th birthday. I will be slower than Andrew but should beat my younger sister Alison. The only snag is I only do one six mile run every week and she is training like Paula Radcliffe! I'm starting to get worried but if you can sponsor me a couple of quid it might get me doing a few more miles.
