I am taking on the challenge of a half marathon to help raise as much as i can for beating bowel cancer,  which as some of you may know, has a big impact on my family.

Over the next 3 months while you guys are in your nice warm home watching Eastenders or playing on your XBOXES i'll be running many miles of redways and roads to prepare me for the race.

I know people are watching the pennies at the minute with the current economic conditions but if you can spare anything to help me reach my target amount ( it really is for a great cause) it  would be greatfully received.
