I understand there are many excellent causes at the moment, but when global events take place, it is often the smaller local charities that find it difficult. 

Wag & Co do a fantastic job supporting pensioners in the North East who are chronically lonely. Brilliant volunteers give up their time so that elderly people can benefit from friendship and the company of a dog. Wag & Co have made over 80,000 visits.

I am honored to run 26.2 miles through the streets of Paris (on the 3rd April) to support ending loneliness for older dog lovers.
