Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I’ve been persuaded by my Chelsea College of Art colleagues to take part in the BHF London to Brighton bike ride this year. Not my usual kind of event, I’ll admit, but after a year of injury, ankle surgery and consequent Deep Vein Thrombosis (which only cleared a few weeks ago) I’ve been reminded that there are a huge amount of people working tirelessly, and for very small reward, to keep a great number of us well.

It seems fitting to use this event as my first milestone in regaining some fitness and reminding my left leg what’s in the job description. I’m asking you, therefore, to support me in donating something via this page to the BHF, the organisers of the event.

I’ll be setting off at 6.00am this Sunday 19^th June, so I’ve left it pretty late to sort out the fundraising (wasn’t sure whether I’d be fit enough to go through with it), so don’t follow my bad example by reading this and saying to yourself that you’ll get round to it later. Whip out the plastic and commit some cash now! Any small amount will help, so don’t be embarrassed...
