I am out of running-retirement (!) running half a marathon across the London Royal Parks, I have been training for two months so far, running in the ridiculously hot summer nights wherever and whenever I get the chance, and I am doing it for the NSPCC, so seriously - sponsor me sponsor me sponsor me, it is a great great cause looking after children who need it the most, I am doing my bit, now it is time for you to do yours!..... either sponsor me or join me running!
