Story
Martin Peel touched the lives of so many people in so many ways and also personally did a great deal for Charity.
It was his wish that after his passing not to receive flowers, but to raise funds for Anthony Nolan - a pioneering charity that saves the lives of people with blood cancer.
Martin was a true Gentleman; - he had drive, passion and determination professionally, and was a kind, faithful and doting husband and father who will live forever in our hearts.
He was a great colleague to work with, loved Rugby and I hear he was a pretty good Linesman and supporter of the Bradford Bulls! :-)
He had many friends from all walks of life yet they all described this wonderful man in the same way …..
‘A legend’ ….. ‘ ‘hard-working’…… ‘had a significant impact on my life’ …… ‘incredibly supportive’…… ‘an inspiration’ ….. ‘just loved working with you’….. ‘a wonderful man who always had a smile and kind word for everyone’ ….. ‘held in such high regard and is so universally loved by all’……. ‘ ‘everything he did was for Fi and the boys’…… ‘a great guy and strong supporter, his voice and enthusiasm will be missed on the touchline’ ……
With his family’s consent, we have set up this Just Giving Page and if you feel you would like to leave a message of remembrance please do so …..
“I can see Martin now leading a rendition of Swing Low Sweet Chariot in heaven, they won’t know what’s hit them”…..
RIP Martin …. Always in our hearts … never forgotten.
“The most important thing you can do for a person is to take an interest in their passions” - Martin Peel
