Story

After a 25 year absence, I am now back running the 2014 Virgin London Marathon and will be raising money for St Luke's Hospice.

This is in memory of my twin brother Mark who sadly died aged 30 at St Luke’s Hospice in 1995.

The care they gave to him and the family was amazing and is never forgotten.

It would be great to raise as much money as I can for such a good cause for them to help others in the future.

As I will also be 50 years old in January it seems only fitting to run the London Marathon again to raise money for St Luke’s Hospice.

The memory of all those we have lost stays with us forever so your support and donations will keep me going through all the hard training, the cold morning runs and the 26.2 miles on the day.

I will have my family and friends supporting me on the day and it will be great to have my three lovely children watching their dad do something special to help others.

We all know of the amazing work and invaluable service that the hospice does so every little helps and any money you can spare will be fantastic.
