Joseph loves his long, surfer style hair - strict instructions at the barbers is always not to trim above the earlobes! This all changed when his dear friend Otto was diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma aged 6. Otto was crying one day when his hair started coming out in clumps - he had his hair shaved off along with his dad and brother.  A couple of days later Joseph called me from school asking me to book him in at the barbers because he wanted to have his hair shaved off too. Joseph felt that he wanted to support Otto so that he did not feel alone and also to raise money for charity. Joseph wants to support and be there for his friend whilst he is going through his treatment - and they will look back on this time of when they were bald.... and also between them the money that they raised to go towards charity.
