When I was 35 I had a heart attack. A lot has happened since then but the most important part is the last 10 yrs have given me 2 healthy and happy kids. I am forever grateful for this, and I know many others are not so fortunate. So, I wanted to do 2 things:

1. I wanted to see if I could raise some money to help the wonderful sick kids hospital continue the great work they do for kids around the country

2. I wanted to see if my heart would explode if I cycled a really long way, so

I'm teaming up with my mate Dave and we are going to have a fat lads bike ride to see if we can do it.
