On Saturday 25 June we're playing four rounds of golf in Troon as part of Macmillan Cancer Support Longest Day Golf Challenge - starting at 6am and finishing at 10pm using all the daylight hours of the Scottish summer.

That's 16 hours, 72 holes of golf, 22,836 yards (if we hit it straight!), 1,600 shots (400 each), over 15 miles of walking and 187 bunkers to avoid!
