Colchester Half Marathon Sunday 29th March .

So far, my training has included bruised ribs and a trip to the walk in centre, running on cold winter nights, and - most impressively - dry January. 

Mother's Day has prompted me to set up this page in memory of my Mum. Any contributions towards Alzheimer's Society would be very much appreciated!
