Tom and I are a father and son from Surrey. We want to do our bit to support the MS Society in their vital research work by doing the annual 10in10 Challenge. This involves climbing 10 Lake District peaks in under 10 hours. It is a tough challenge but we have done it for the past two years and we are proud to have another go for such a good cause!
The challenge starts at the Swinside Inn in the Newlands Valley near Keswick. It goes over to Buttermere and back covering just over 16 miles. The 10 peaks are Causey Pike, Sail, Crag Hill, Wandope, Whiteless Pike, High Snockrigg, Robinson, Dale Head, High Spy and Maiden Moor. That is a lot of up and down!
