As some of you may be aware, last year myself and Matt participated in the Mazda London Triahlon and in the build up to that event we did a couple of 10k's.

 

As we both enjoyed the Bupa 10k so much last year (it was by far the best organised and structured of the events) we have decided to do it again! But this time with a little bit of a twist...

 

That's right, in accordance to the Bupa colour scheme, we are going to run 10k as smurfs!! We will be running in the same costumes as displayed in the picture, although it has yet to be decided who will be Puppa Smurf.

 

Expect us to be smeered with blue paint and generally exhausted by the end of the run!

 

So, to make the most of this, and make it seem like we are doing this for a reason other than boredom (and to make us seem less egocentric) we are going to run for MacMillan Cancer Support. These guys do loads of stuff to help support cancer victims and their families, so please donate freely :)
