Dear All,

I am running the THE GREAT NORTH RUN (13.1 miles ) in Newcastle on 18TH September and the Cardiff 10K on the 11TH September 2011, in aid of MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS.

As many of you are aware my Mother suffered with MS for 16 years before we sadly lost her last year.

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a neurological condition which affects around 100,000 people in the UK and to date there is no known cure. All money raised will go directly to MS Society for Research and support to sufferers.

Hopefully one day there will be a cure so that others won't have to suffer like my Mum did. Fortunatley she was very brave and had my Dad to care for her, however, others are less fortunate.

I would be extremely grateful for any donation as every penny helps.

A big Thank You to Matthew Harris ( and the Welsh Rugby Squad ) for the signed Welsh Rugby Jersey which will be auctioned on ebay during the World Cup. ( all proceeds to MS ) Signed by the World Cup squad who BEAT ENGLAND 13/08/11 ( & lost to England 06/08/11 )
